PPSCC Scholarship Awards Program
Each year, the Pastel Painters Society of Cape Cod (PPSCC) offers aspiring artists who are graduating or have graduated from Cape Cod or Island high schools in the past three years the opportunity to participate in the Scholarship Awards Program. The PPSCC grant includes a $500 gift certificate to purchase art supplies, a set of artist grade pastels, and recognition at our national show For Pastels Only at the Cultural Center of Cape Cod in June. Recipients are also invited to participate in a Pop-Up Exhibit and Awards Presentation at the Cape Cod Museum of Art in partnership with the Cape Cod and Island Art Educators Association.
To be eligible, applicants must plan to enroll in or continue to study a visual arts related field at the postsecondary level. Applications are accepted in the spring. Check back after March 1.
Questions about this award opportunity may be forwarded to Elinor Freedman, Pastel Painters Society of Cape Cod Scholarship Coordinator.
